We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 48 hours of receiving the item if they are defective or sent incorrect.
Returns Policy for Unstitched Apparel
At Indiwear, we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Your unworn, unused item(s) may be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of receiving the item if they are defective or sent incorrect. Please know that you must provide us a written record of the reason for return or exchange within 24 hours of receiving the item. Custom, Oversize, or hazardous items cannot be returned. Items that have been used will not be accepted as returns or exchanges. Items which have any stains, emit, body odours or perfume scents, have any kind of marks, damages or water stains will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
There is no refund for shipping and handling charge.
Returns Policy for Stitched / Custom Made Apparels
In order to create a desired fit, pattern and look of a product, alterations are required. Indiwear highly recommends to buy unstitched items from us and get them tailored by your personal stylist, boutique or a good local tailor for that perfect fit.
In case the customer does not have access to local alteration facilities, Indiwear can undertake the stitching job for additional charges. Customized stitching / Made to measure orders are based on the measurements/sizes that you provide on our website or by email. IndiWear will not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the final product (your custom order) in lieu of the measurements provided. Please note that before dispatching an order, we check each measurement part of the dress and keep them in record so that if any misfit case arise we first investigate it by checking measurements from our library.
We do not accept returns or exchanges of stitched apparels or custom stitched orders. If they are sent incorrect, defective or not fit in accordance to the size ordered we’ll offer you a free-fix.
The customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax if applicable. We cannot accept C.O.D. shipments. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable registered airmail/courier. Most major carriers offer tracking information; however, some domestic and international parcel packages are typically not traceable.
Please allow 10 business days after receipt in our warehouse for your return and refund to be processed. There is no refund for shipping and handling charges.
We do not permit any returns or exchanges for international orders.
All Sale item is “Final Sale” and cannot be returned.
We’re quite quick in dispatching orders. So, you can cancel an order within 12 hours from the receipt of the payment and no charges will be deducted and you will get a full refund only in case the order has not been dispatched yet. If you would like to cancel an order after 12 hours then processing charges and admin charges for refund will apply. If a custom made order has already been processed and you wish to cancel it after 12 hours then there might be additional charges which will be calculated and you will be informed of the final charges which will be deducted from your payment.
Amend Your Orders
Any amendments can be suggested within 12 hours from the receipt of the order or before the item is dispatched. Any amendment to the original order after 12 hours may be subject to additional charges which will be determined after reviewing the requested changes. No amendment request will be entertained after the order is dispatched or sent for stitching.
